What we collect
Everything below is either something you typed, something you chose, or a direct record of a game you finished. There is no hidden collection beyond this table.

The device record, specifically
This is the device model, its name, the operating system, the app version, and a random identifier the app generates for itself on first launch. That identifier is created by the app and stored only in the app — it is not your device’s advertising identifier, and it is not any hardware serial. Deleting the app deletes it.
What we never collect
- Your location — the app requests no location permission of any kind.
- Your contacts, calendar, health data, or microphone.
- Your camera. The app reads a single image you pick from your photo library and nothing else.
- An advertising identifier. The app does not ask for tracking permission because it has nothing to track you with.
What others can see
The weekly leaderboard is the only place your information is shown to other players. A row on it carries your nickname, your profile photo, and the games, score and time you recorded that week. Tapping your row opens that same summary as a profile.
Your email address, your real name, your age range and your device list are never shown to other players. If you would rather not appear at all, use a nickname that does not identify you and leave the photo unset — or play without signing in, which keeps every game on your device alone.
Why we hold it
Where the GDPR applies, these are our lawful bases:
- Performance of a contract — your account, your saved games, cloud sync between your devices, and your subscription. Without this data the features you asked for cannot work.
- Consent — your profile photo, your nickname and your age range. You supply these deliberately and can remove them at any time.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the service running and the leaderboard honest, in a way that we consider proportionate and that you can object to.
Who processes it
We use two providers, and only as processors acting on our instructions:
- Google (Firebase) — authentication, the database holding your profile and results, and file storage for your photo.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, and all subscription billing. We never see your payment details; the App Store handles the transaction and tells the app only whether a subscription is active.
We disclose data to no one else, other than where the law compels us to.
Where it is stored
Your profile, your game results and the leaderboard are stored in Google’s European data region. Your profile photo is stored in the United States. Both sit inside Google Cloud infrastructure.
Transfers out of the UK and EEA rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, which form part of Google’s terms as our processor. A copy of your data also lives on your own device, which is the copy the app treats as authoritative.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Games stay in your history until you delete them individually or delete the account.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account from inside the app, at Profile → Delete account. Deleting the account removes your profile, your nickname, your photo, your game history and your leaderboard entries. It cannot be undone.
Deleting the app on its own does not delete your account, because your data is on the server too — use the in-app deletion. If you cannot reach it, write to contact@anpersoft.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
A subscription is separate: it is billed by Apple and must be cancelled in your App Store account settings. Deleting your Sudomania account does not cancel it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or hand it to another provider. In the UK and EEA these are your GDPR rights; in California, the CCPA gives you comparable ones, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
We have no “sale” or “sharing” of personal information to opt out of, because we do neither.
Write to contact@anpersoft.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Sudomania is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete the account.
Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access to your profile and your results is restricted by server-side rules so that only your signed-in account can write them. Your subscription status is held in the device’s encrypted keychain.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects how we use data you have already given us, tell you in the app before it takes effect.
